into a modern wardrobe.

aeyde’s small, dedicated team is based in the heart of Berlin and all products are manufactured by family
owned factories in Italy’s Marche region. The team is composed of international people that share the
same vision and motivation to help aeyde grow further.

We are looking for a hands-on Office Management & Customer Service Assistant with strong execution and organizational skills that is willing to go the extra-mile.

Aufgaben

the tasks

- General office management (ordering office supplies, showroom preparations etc.)
- Support of general administrative and accounting work
- Travel management for team members
- Assisting and supporting the aeyde team in daily general tasks and to do’s
- Planning of team events
- Sample management
- Being the face towards our customers via excellent customer service
- Streamlining and optimizing customer service processes

Anforderungen

your profile

- Well-structured and organized way of working
- Good project management skills
- Good team player and strong social skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office
- Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication
- Ability to think start-up driven
- Flexible, open mind-set and hands-on mentality
- Work experience in the area of Team Assistance/Office Management is a strong plus
- Fluent in English & German
